Community Agreements & Partnerships
Mercedes Mine
The Mercedes Mine has earned repeated recognition for its outstanding social performance. Noble Earth Resources maintains active partnerships with surrounding communities through education, health, transportation and youth development programs designed to improve quality of life and long-term economic stability.
Our agreements provide scholarships, school transportation support, and funding for community-led development initiatives. Open dialogue channels are maintained to ensure transparency and trust between Noble Earth Resources and all stakeholders.
Corani Project
The Corani Project operates under long-term community partnership agreements that allocate significant annual investment into independent community trust funds. These funds support infrastructure, education, healthcare and sustainable economic programs chosen and governed by community leadership.
Corani was among the first major mining developments in the region to complete government-led consultation processes, achieving unanimous community support prior to development approval.
