Noble Earth Resources is committed to responsible environmental stewardship across all phases of exploration, development and production. Our environmental management framework is designed to safeguard natural ecosystems, protect water resources and minimize the environmental footprint of our operations while supporting long-term sustainable development.
The Corani Project is currently in the advanced development stage. Environmental programs at Corani include comprehensive surface water, biodiversity and climate resilience monitoring. As engineering progresses, renewable energy integration, water efficiency technologies and emissions-reduction initiatives are being incorporated into mine design to ensure best-in-class environmental performance.
The Mercedes Mine operates under a certified Environmental Management System aligned with ISO 14001:2015 standards. This system governs environmental risk management, operational controls, continuous improvement and compliance across all site activities.
Biodiversity protection initiatives at Mercedes include wildlife monitoring through non-intrusive camera trapping, habitat restoration programs and a native-plant propagation nursery that supports land rehabilitation.
Advanced water treatment and reuse systems are employed to minimize freshwater consumption. Treated process and sanitary water is reused wherever feasible, and wastewater is managed under strict quality control protocols.
Tailings management, water quality monitoring and emissions tracking are conducted under the supervision of independent engineers to ensure full regulatory compliance and best-practice performance.
