The Mercedes Project is a 100% owned precious metals operation located in Sonora, Mexico, approximately 250 km northeast of Hermosillo and 300 km south of Tucson, Arizona. The project is accessible by paved highway and benefits from proximity to established infrastructure and an international airport.

Mercedes has been in continuous operation since 2011, demonstrating a long history of production, technical stability, and operational reliability. The operation was acquired by Noble Earth Resources in 2022 as part of the Company’s growth strategy to expand its portfolio of producing and development-stage assets.

The property comprises 43 mineral concessions covering approximately 69,284 hectares, providing significant land tenure for ongoing exploration, resource expansion, and future development initiatives.
